Kids Yoga – Fall Session

We’re so excited to get this program up and running again!

Kids’ Yoga incorporates elements of art, music, movement, and FUN into various games, activities and traditional Yoga poses. Children will develop strength, flexibility, co-ordination, and interpersonal skills like co-operation and sharing space. They will also explore another important benefit of Yoga – the art of stillness & mindfulness.

Our instructor is Jen Soule… she’s an amazing elementary teacher and a long-time yoga practitioner – which makes her a perfect match for our little yogis!!

Thursdays; September 16th – October 21st (6 sessions)
Ages 4-7 @ 3:30PM (30 minutes)
Ages 8-11 @ 4:15PM (30 minutes)
