Nadine teaches Breathwork, Restore and Beginner Basics and she is known for her kind, caring, genuine approach. Nadine cares deeply about our community, and enjoys making personal connections, one-on-one and in a group, class setting.
Take some time to clear a space for yourself. Get comfortable in a seated position or lying down. Ground, find relaxation, and calm your nervous system while Nadine guides you through a full body scan, from your feet to your head. She’ll then create an opportunity for you to reflect upon your authentic self, what you value and find important in your life, and how you might move forward in powerful ways, even when times are difficult.
